Refunds

This policy explains refund boundaries for our digital interior mood sets and interior credits. All figures are in US dollars (USD). Payment provider is currently pending, so no payment is taken on this site yet; this policy will apply once checkout is enabled.

Unused interior credits

If you have purchased interior credits and have not yet spent them, you may request a refund of the unused balance within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method once checkout is live.

Mood sets and rendered rooms

Because mood sets and custom builder rooms are generated and delivered digitally, they are considered used once the image has been produced and made available to your studio library. Delivered or rendered items are therefore non-refundable, except where the file is faulty or does not match the description.

If something is wrong

• Tell us within 14 days of delivery.
• Describe the issue and include the board or order reference.
• We will re-render the board or refund it in USD where a fault is confirmed.
